Does Red Light Therapy hurt?

How long does my visit take?
Plan on approximately 30 to 40 minutes for your entire visit.
What should I wear?

No. Most guests continue with the rest of their day immediately after their visit.
I've used a Red Light mask or home panel before. Is this different?
Many of our guests own home devices and want to experience a professional whole-body system designed to deliver light across the entire body during one relaxing session.
Are there any contraindications?
Treatment is NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: pregnancy, epilepsy, active cancer lesions, and anyone taking photosensitive medications.
How is Photobiomodulation aka red light therapy applied?
The AARC is a whole-body delivery system of PBM Therapy that has been designed to deliver optimal wavelengths, power densities, and dosages based on published clinical research outcomes. It’s as simple as lying still in the light chamber for the predetermined length of time, similar to a tanning bed, except you will not get a tan. The advantage of the AARC is it works on the whole body in just 8-15 minutes. Regular sessions have been shown to contribute to the reduction of pain, improved muscle performance and reduction of muscle fatigue.
